For years we have had a common dream together and that was to do something abroad. In the past 12 years, we regularly returned to Madeira for holidays and fell in love with the nature, the friendly people, the delicious food, the relaxed atmosphere and it was clear to us, we are going on this adventure together and taking this important step in our lives. The idea was then born to settle in Madeira and we started house hunting.
Since March 2023, we, Mike and Erika, are proud owners of our luxury B&B Casa do Mundo and live in Gaula together with our two Markiesjes (Dutch breed) Floyd and Fynn.Why Casa do Mundo: "House of the World"? We actually found this an appropriate name for our B&B right away, as we would love to share this amazing place with as many people around the world as possible! Our common goal is to give our guests a nice stay and above all, to take care of them. Everyone has their own story. How beautiful it is to listen to all these adventures.
